Thank you for supporting handmade artistry and sustainable design. Because each piece is crafted by hand using reclaimed and vintage materials, every item is truly one-of-a-kind.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
All bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale. Once work has begun on your commissioned piece, orders cannot be canceled or returned. We encourage you to ask questions and request additional photos or details before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For ready-made pieces available for immediate purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from its description. Please contact us immediately with photos documenting any issues.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a repair, replacement (if materials allow), or refund.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of vintage and reclaimed materials, we cannot offer direct exchanges. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out—we're happy to discuss options.
Return Process
